If you missed out on attending CRYO2013 these videos will give you a taste of the proceedings!
Remember to save the date for CRYO2014 which is being held May 31 - June 4 2013 in Savannah, Georgia.
The 50th Anniversary of the Society for Cryobiology's Annual Meeting is due to be held Sunday 28th July - Wednesday 31st July 2013. The first annual meeting of the Society for Cryobiology was held in Washington, DC in 1964. The Organizing Committee for CRYO2013 plans to return the meeting to Washington, DC to hold the Society’s 50th anniversary meeting in July 2013.
Being the 50th anniversary meeting, an unique opportunity is presented for the Society to celebrate the many accomplishments of its members over the past five decades, to create an exciting meeting that will appeal to our many colleagues both within the Society and in other societies who have an overlapping interest in cryobiology, and to provide a reinvigorating impetus for increasing the breadth and depth of the Society and to expand its membership.
With the large number of biotech companies, independent research facilities, universities, and government research institutes in the Washington, DC, area and in particular along the I‐270 Technology Corridor, the Organizing Committee feels that the CRYO2013 annual meeting could be of interest to a large population of local and regional scientists and this could translate into a highly successful meeting.
